Some parts impressed, others didn’t
The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean with a well-equipped kitchen, making our stay delightful! The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing our experience.
Communication with the front desk was problematic, requiring persistence to get assistance. Housekeeping could also improve their service. we noticed some overlooked details.

The King Studio I stayed in was really comfy with a full kitchen set up like a small apartment, which was great for cooking. The bed was nice, and there were plenty of drawers and closet space. However, the heating and cooling system was a bit of a hassle—I had to manually adjust it. Also, the lighting wasn’t ideal for late-night relaxation since it spilled over when someone else was still up. But overall, the comfy layout made my stay enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on Sept 16friendly stafffull kitchenunderwhelming breakfastnoise distractionsoundproofing needed
The staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality, making it a memorable experience. The full kitchen in the One-Bedroom Suite added immense value, allowing for convenient meals. However, the breakfast offerings were underwhelming compared to previous visits, and the noise levels in the vicinity were a minor distraction. Though the location was excellent, being close to a variety of restaurants and shopping options, it could use some soundproofing improvements.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The kids enjoyed visiting the nearby Earth Treks Climbing Center, and there are plenty of restaurants around. The full kitchen in our One-Bedroom Suite made it super easy to whip up quick meals for everyone after long days exploring.
My kids wished there were more activities tailored for them.

During our recent family visit, we found the location to be a highlight, with plenty of restaurants and shopping just around the corner. Despite this issue, I appreciated how quickly housekeeping responded to our concerns. The stay was overall satisfactory after that initial hiccup.

missingWrote a review on Apr 21full kitchenclean atmospherespacious layoutunfortunate vent
The room I stayed in featured a full kitchen with all the necessary cookware, making it easy to whip up meals and snacks. The well-designed layout gave me a bit more space to breathe after a long day, and the breakfast area maintained a clean, inviting atmosphere, providing a decent selection despite the coffee being the standout.
Some little quirks nagged me during my stay. The return vent's unfortunate placement near the sleeping area blew air right in my face, making it a challenge to find peace and quiet while trying to watch TV. I also encountered a slow-draining tub that felt like it needed a bit more TLC, which detracted from an otherwise solid experience.
